Stratton P. Laggis – Partner
Stratton Laggis is a partner at the Law Office of Stratton P. Laggis, PLLC, and has been with the firm since March of 2014. Mr. Stratton’s practice focuses primarily on criminal defense, family law, and personal injury, as well as a variety of other civil litigation areas.
Mr. Laggis was raised in American Falls by the Honorable Paul S. Laggis and Paula Laggis and graduated from American Falls High School in 2007. He went on to attend Idaho State University for one year before moving to Moscow where he completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Idaho in 2010. He followed in his father’s and grandfather’s footsteps to become a third-generation attorney after graduating from the University Of Idaho College Of Law in December of 2013.
Stratton Laggis lives in Pocatello with his wife, Ellen, who is the daughter of Ritchey and Joanne Toevs from Aberdeen, and their son. In their free time, Ellen and Stratton may be found deep in the mountains chasing deer and elk, hidden in a cornfield awaiting the arrival of ducks and geese, or on one of Idaho’s infamous rivers fly fishing or testing their patience on salmon and steelhead.
Mr. Laggis has cultivated a reputation for excellence in his work. He is the proud recipient of CASA’s Attorney of the Year award for 2014 and the Denise O’Donnell-Day Pro Bono Award for 2015 which were awarded in recognition of his community advocacy efforts.
